Department Summary:

It is important to choose the best cosmetic surgery team to fit your needs. At Vanderbilt, our cosmetic plastic surgeons are board-certified specialists with many decades of combined experience. Our surgeons have trained many of the plastic surgeons practicing in the Nashville area.

The Vanderbilt Center for Cosmetic Plastic Surgery is a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the needs of all patients. We offer everything from initial consultations to procedures and recovery, all in one location for your convenience.

The center is in a secluded setting that protects your privacy and provides a calming and soothing environment for healing. A separate postoperative waiting area allows you to relax in privacy during follow-up visits.

Shift Hours:

Monday – Friday; Days

Your Role:

  • Supports the licensed healthcare team members in the provision of patient care to include direct patient care, providing healthcare information to patients/families, and following established plan of care

  • Works in close collaboration with the RN or a licensed healthcare team member to evaluate the patient's plan of care and progress toward goal attainment

  • All patient care activities are undertaken with the delegation/supervision of a licensed professional in accordance with VUMC standards and licensure regulations

Position Qualifications

  • Active LPN license

  • Graduate of an approved discipline specific program and 1 year of experience or the equivalent.

  • Plastics and/or Cosmetic Surgery experience in an outpatient setting highly desired
